Script for MDBC Salt Interception Scheme Animation

00: 00 - 00:10 - Salt interception schemes are large scale engineering works installed to protect the River Murray from natural and irrigation induced saline ground flow.

00:11 - 00:19 - A series of bores are strategically located either one or both sides of the river top to intercept the saline water flow before it enters the river.

00:20 - end - This saline water is then relocated in the landscape where it has much less of an impact on the environment.
