Hi Kids,

This issue of The River features great articles about remembering the 1956 South Australian floods, climate change, re-snagging, and drought in the Basin, as well as an exciting photo competition!

We want to know what is going on in and around your local area. Tell us about natural resource management programs that your local community is participating in. You can send us anything from drawings or photographs of your family planting vegetable gardens or trees, to ways in which your school is succeeding in saving water.
